These Terms apply whenever you order or purchase goods. The Terms may be updated from time to time. You must accept the Terms for each purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older or have parental consent. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT and applicable taxes.
ORDERING GOODS
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. After placing an order you will receive an email receipt titled ‘Order confirmation’ for Your Purchase. Orders are only accepted through sirius.dk and not via telephone, email, SMS, letters or fax. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day.
PRICES, PAYMENT AND DISCOUNTS
Payment methods: MobilePay, Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. No card fee is charged. Payment is captured only when goods are shipped. For international cards, the amount may be reserved until capture or release by the card issuer. Only one discount code or discount can be used per order and discounts cannot be combined with other offers or already discounted products. Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Delivery costs are added where applicable.
DELIVERY
Delivery in Denmark is made with PostNord Home Delivery for DKK 49. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 days. Delivery charges for other EU countries, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and Switzerland are calculated in the cart. Customers receive notification by email or SMS. Undelivered parcels may be returned to us. Orders are generally not split unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Club members receive free shipping on qualifying orders according to the Club terms.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Notice may be submitted via your customer account, by email to shop@sirius.dk, by telephone, or by using the standard withdrawal form. If you choose to use our return label, an amount corresponding to the return shipping cost applicable to the destination country will be deducted from your refund. Refusal to accept delivery does not in itself constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the return shipping cost applicable to the destination country to cover the costs of return transportation.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If several items were purchased, one or more items may be returned. Delivery costs are not refunded when only part of an order is cancelled. Goods must be returned within 14 days after cancellation notice. The customer bears return shipping costs and transport risk. Returns must be sent to Sirius Home A/S, Engholm Parkvej 3-5, 3450 Allerød, Denmark.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
If the item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, only a partial refund may be granted. Returning the goods in the original packaging is recommended. If the original packaging is not included, this may lead to a diminished value of the item.
REFUNDS
All payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, will be refunded no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
Consumer purchases made on www.sirius.dk are covered by the applicable consumer protection legislation. All products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty against defects and lack of conformity. This applies whether a defect is discovered upon delivery or at a later date within the warranty period.
PAYMENT FRAUD
Orders may be cancelled where there is reasonable suspicion of payment fraud. Fraudulent orders may be reported to the police.
PRIVACY POLICY
To process orders we collect name, address, telephone number, email address and purchase information. Personal data is processed to fulfil orders and handle customer enquiries. Data is stored for five years and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Sirius Home A/S is the data controller. Customers have rights of access, rectification and deletion where applicable.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints may be directed to shop@sirius.dk or Sirius Home A/S. If no solution is reached, complaints may be submitted to Nævnenes Hus in Denmark. Consumers residing in another EU country may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. http://ec.europa.eu/odr
SPECIAL TERMS FOR SIRIUS CLUB MEMBERS
Membership is free. Danish Club members receive free shipping on orders above EUR 250 after discounts. Members have up to 60 days to return goods. First purchase discount: 10% off, not combinable with other discounts. Loyalty programme: points are earned on purchases, 1 point equals DKK 1 when redeemed according to programme rules. Points expire after 24 months. Members may request account deletion at any time.
