Musik I Lejet 2022

Sirius is the proud supplier of light decorations for the warm summer nights when Musik I Lejet is held in mid-July. When it gets dark, thousands of LED lamps light up the festival with expressive installations and charming decorative chains that, in combination with music and food. Sirius has been the official sponsor and lighting partner for Musik I Lejet, in a creative collaboration that goes back several years. Every year, Musik I Lejet and Sirius meet in the time leading up to the festival, to develop the summer's lighting installations.

This year, you as a guest can have the pleasure of experiencing our completely unique "Globe". It will be to find a place on the festival grounds. Step up on the podium alone or with a friend and take a cool selfie.
On the podium will be a QA code. Scan it and follow the instructions, and you will automatically be in a competition to win two tickets to Musik I Lejet 2023.

Musik i Lejet presents current foreign and Danish bands with everything from rap, pop, rock and electronic music. The program embraces both budding artists and old acquaintances, which appeals to a wide audience. But despite a strong annual program, it is not just the music that draws people to Tisvilde. Even before the program is announced, the festival tickets will be sold out. Festival goers are attracted by the good atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings between the beach and the protected Troldeskov. The good atmosphere and wonderful atmosphere is an unshakable component of the festive community. With sand under their feet and sun on their faces, guests enjoy delicious food and drink, at the sight of bathing people. Among colorful murals and art installations, Sirius adorns light decorations as far as the eye can see. As the evening falls, the light decorations stand in beautiful contrast to the darkness, where it creates a cozy gathering point for the festival guests, in fine culmination with the stars of the night sky and the three music scenes.

The festival was founded in 2009 by the twins Andreas and Kristian Grauengaard. The idea was to create a gathering point in their hometown where old friends could meet annually for good music and a sense of community during the summer months. The first year, the festival was run by friends and acquaintances with 700 visitors over 3 days. After 5 years of running, the number of guests reached 5,000, and in 2016, Musik I Lejet won Politiken's "Ibyen Pris" as the Festival of the Year. In 2017, the number was up to 10,000, and in 2018, ticket sales set something close to the Danish record by being sold out after just 30 minutes.
